Ama's

Ama’s is a home-based small-batch producer of hand-made preserves and goodies from the hills of Darjeeling. As the name goes, our products are the result of recipes perfected over the decades by our matriarch and proprietor.

While our products are preservative and additive free, and made from natural ingredients just as many others also do today, we serve products where the core ingredients are grown locally within the district of Darjeeling.

Ama’s is not just an attempt to celebrate and share her creations, some learnt in time, and some that have been passed down generations, but to celebrate the bounty that our home has to offer.
